World Tourism Day

World Tourism Day is celebrated annually across the globe on September 27. The objective of celebrating this day is to increase awareness about the significance of tourism in influencing the social, cultural, political and economic values of the international community and to highlight the importance of tourism as a measure for global development and cultural enlightenment. We at Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship celebrated World Tourism Day on September 27th 2021 at Bhor Adventure Park.

The focus of the event was to build the above values among the staff of PIMSE and make them aware about the beautiful view of natural scenery (such as mountains, hills, valleys, etc.). It was a wonderful sharing which was mentally soothing. It also inculcated team building among the staff.

The event was successfully co-ordinated under the leadership of our In-charge Director Dr. Porinita Banerjee and AICTE team, Dr. Zarina Shaikh, Mr. Zafar Ahmed Khan, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal.
